Each user, both Helpers and Planners, can change most of their own information in WorshipPlaning.com, including their phone numbers, email address, and password. To do so, login to WP and click the Account Settings link in the upper right area of the page.

Users can also use the My Account page to add SMS text numbers and alternate emails to their account.  To learn more, see the Communication Settings article.

Due to the way WP is designed, userIDs cannot be changed. If a userID change is absolutely required, read our FAQ How do I Change My UserID?.

It is important for Helpers to remember that they do not have userIDs. Rather, they use their email address (on the http://my.WorshipPlanning.com site) to access their account.

It is recommended each user change their password every few months to reduce the chances of their account being compromised.
