WP allows you to print the service flow and a listing of service roles, assignments, and responses. To access the various print options, click on the Service navigation link to display the service flow. To the right of the worship flow, click on the printer icon. The resulting page gives you several print out options:
- Standard - Traditional printout that allows the greatest flexibility in formating your printout with the use of the "Format" window. You can also export this page to MS Word or Excel.
- Roles - List of people scheduled to serve at this service, and thier assignment responses.
- Clean - Simply layout with the ability to easily show/hide columns usinig the "Toggle Columns" bar. Extra Notes appears as individual columns
- Clean (columns) - Clean printout with column dividers
- Clean (rows) - Clean printout with rows dividers
- Set List - Just a list of songs performed during this service
- Sign-in Sheet - Lists by team, people scheduled to serve, along with a blank line for them to sign-in upon arrival
- Sign-in Sheet (plus penciled-in) - Similar to the Sign-in Sheet, except that penciled in and empty roles are displayed as well.

Where do I find the service navigation link???
Hi Alisha. The service navigation link is one of the links across the top of the page, just to the right of the "Home" link.
We would like to print out a master calendar that shows an overview of those scheduled for the Nursery team a month at a time. Is there a way to do this?
Ditto Connie's query about printing out the entire month calendar. What's the process?
Please answer this question as I also want to print monthly rotas.
Sorry for not replying in this forum, Desley. Some of these posts were responded to vai support ticket and we forgot to update this discussion. We are working on the ability to create a variety of custom print-out, and I believe a calendar view expressed here is one of the options.
An option you have right now can be found by navigating to People >> Planners >> Schedule Speadsheet tab. This tab allows you to select a team and date range, it it will display a grid of team members and services, with their assignments at the intersecting cells. You can also export this grid to MS Excel.
Can I email you an example of what I am looking to produce as I do tno think this is close? What address do I use?
