Master Account

Every church account in WP has a person designated as the "Master Account" (MA). The MA is the main point of contact for WorshiPlanning.com personnel, and has the ultimate authority when it comes to subscription decisions. There can only be one MA at a time, and he or she must be security level 3. The MA account cannot be deleted, though the Planner assigned to be the MA can be changed. To change who is MA:

1. Click on the Admin navigation link


2. Click the Church Info icon


3. Find the "Settings" tab and click it


4. Click on the "Change Master" button further down on the page


5. Select the desired master account, then Submit
