WP provides several valuable tools to help you determine when and how often you have performed songs in your songs library. On the Songs Library page, the “History” icon (to the right of the “Delete” icon) will generate a list of services scheduled in WP that the song was performed. That history list includes some general information about the service, a link to take you to the service flow details, and a “Roles” icon which will show you the people scheduled for that service (along with their roles).
The Song Usage Statistics link just below the row of tabs on the Songs Library page shows a listing of your most performed song. You can narrow the date range WP uses to generate this list, as well as how long you'd like your list to be. By clicking on the song title in the list, you can see when the song was last performed, as well as access other details about the song.
The Recently Played link displays a list of songs recent performed, starting with the most recent song, and listing backward.
