Availability

Each Planner and Helper has the ability to mark days they are unavailable to serve with the “Availability” calendar in WP. People marked as “unavailable” will not be able to be assigned to a service on their unavailable date. To change your availability:


  1. Login to MyWP (My.WorshipPlanning.com)

  2. Click the Availability navigation link
  3. If necessary, change the calendar to show the day(s) you need to change your availability

  4. Click the numbers of the day you wish to change your availability

  5. Use the check boxes to adjust your availability for that day

  6. Click the "Done" button



For Planners with at least a security level 2, the Availability tab found by clicking on the People navigation link shows a calendar view of Helpers and Planners that have indicated the days they are not available to serve. You can then change a person's availability for them by typing their name in the "Change Availability for:" field and selecting their name.
