Each user account created in WP can have a photo image associated with it. The photo image will then appear every time the user's name is clicked on in WP, long with a list of contact information and various user options (depending on your security level). To add a photo while create a new user account, simply add a user as you normally would, then click the "Save and Add Picture" button once you have entered all the user information.
To add a photo to an existing user, simply edit the person's info (by clicking on the person's name anywhere in the site, then click the Edit Peron's Info link), then find and click the "Add Photo" link.
