Announcement Element

By creating a worship flow element that has an Element Type of "Announcements", WorshipPlanning will show a special printer icon for that element in the worship flow grid.  Clicking on that printer icon will pop up a window for easy printing of an Announcements sheet, which includes the name of the person leading that activity (ideally the person doing the announcements), and the entire contents of the "Notes" for that element.  You can then easily print this page and hand the printout to the person giving the announcements.
