Assignment Reminders

Test Person -

Team leaders can configure to automatically send reminders of assignments to team members.  The message will only be sent to team members for whom the system is awaiting reponse, have accepted, or have tentatively accepted  for the specific service, and will contain details of their assignment (the role, date, time, and location) as well as a customized message by the team leader.   After reminders are sent, will (optionally) send the team leaders a reminder summary email, listing the names of the people that were sent a reminder.

To configure Assignment Reminders for your team:

  1. Login in and navigate to your Home page
  2. Click on the desired team in the My Teams panel
  3. Click the Assignment Reminder tab
  4. Use the "Edit These Settings" button on the left to modify the settings
