Master Account

Every church account in WP has a person designated as the "Master Account" (M). They are the main point of contact for WorshipPlanning.com personnel and has the ultimate authority when it comes to subscription decisions. There can only be one Master account at a time, and he or she must have Security Level 3 access. The Master account cannot be deleted, although the Planner assigned to be the Master can be changed. To change who is Master:

1. "More" tab
2. Click the Organization Account menu option
3. Click on the Edit button 
4. Select the desired Master Account from the drop-down list of qualified Planners > Save
