Why does the formatting of my screen look strange?

Chances are your browser has cached an older version of the web page (we are constantly rolling out updates that are usually detected by your web browser). On a page that doesn't look right, hold the Ctrl key down while refreshing your page. This forces your browser to update its cache and get all new "stuff".
