How do I control who has access to different parts of our church’s worshipplanning.com account?

Using the security access settings (visible when you edit a Planner).  Keep in mind, you must be of security level Account Admin to make these changes.  There are four different access levels for Planners.  The can be viewed here: http://screencast.com/t/cPiepj6gRj
