How do I control who has access to different parts of our church’s worshipplanning.com account?

Using the security access settings (visible when you edit a Planner).  Keep in mind, you must be of security level Account Admin to make these changes.  There are four different access levels for Planners. 

To make these changes, you click into the individual person's profile and edit their "User Type" from the dropdown at the top of the screen.
