Is your site secure and reliable?

We have taken many steps to help ensure your data is always available when you need it. Our main servers are managed by a global leader in dedicated server hosting.

The main servers and data center have multiple levels of redundancy, from diverse Internet connections, to multiple sources of power, to redundant server hardware. Your WP church data is backed up on a nightly basis to an off-server location. The data is also copied to a backup server located in a different area of the country, in the event of a catastrophe at the main data center. Our main servers are monitored by at least three diverse monitoring systems. Should we deem it necessary, traffic can be redirected (in a matter of minutes) to our backup server.

To help keep your data secure, you can optionally log in to WP through our SSL encrypted connection. All of your online payment transactions always take place over an SSL encrypted connection with our credit card processors. Your credit card information is never stored on our site.

While we spend considerable resources to ensure your data is safe and available when you need it, we do live in a fallen world where even the best laid plans can be disrupted. So, even when all redundancies, firewalls, and security protections are working as expected, you'll still find us in prayer for God's protection.
