Emails can be sent to entire teams if you are the team leader or if you have the appropriate security level. To send a message to an entire team:
- Click on the Messages tab and then "Send Message."
- Once there, you can choose from a variety of options. You can manually select or jump to another team you lead.
- Select/deselect individuals from the list of Team members
- Type the Subject and Body (content) of your message, or select a previously sent message as a starting point and edit as needed
- Click the Send Message button in the upper right corner
