Changing Your Own Account Information

Both Helpers and Planners may change most of their own information in WorshipPlaning.com, including their phone numbers, email address, and password on the My Account page. To modify your account information, login to WP, and click your name > My Profile in the upper right area of the page.

On the Communication Settings tab, users may add SMS text numbers and alternate emails to their account.  To learn more, see the Communication Settings article.

Due to the way WP is designed, userIDs cannot be changed. If a userID change is absolutely required, read our FAQ How do I Change My UserID?.

It is important for Helpers to remember that they do not have userIDs. Rather, they use their email address (on the http://my.WorshipPlanning.com site) to access their account.

It is recommended each user change their password every few months to reduce the chances of their account being compromised.
