Assignment Calendar Feeds

Assignment Calendar feeds allow you to display your WorshipPlanning.com scheduled assignment directly in your personal. Your calendar must support "subscriptions" or "feeds" where you can specify a URL feed (current versions of Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars all do, plus many other calendar programs).

To get the special Assignment Calendar Feed URL needed for assignments to show up in your  calendar, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your My.WorshipPlanning.com.
2. On the home page, click on the "Assignments Feed" link

Once you copy the URL to your clipboard, go into your calendar application and follow their instructions for adding external calendars/feeds.  Here are a few links that may be helpful for doing that.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Google's calendar subscription functionality only syncs with the feed every 8-12 hours.  So, changes in WorshipPlanning.com may not be reflected in your Google calendar until several hours later.
