If you forget your password, or perhaps never new it, you can use the Forgot Password page to help get a new password set. All you need is your email address. In some cases, you may also be asked to enter text appearing in an image. This is a security measure to help prevent Internet bots from causing problems.
If the system finds your email address, you will be emailed a special link that can be used one time to set a new password. We cannot send you your current password because it is stored in an encrypted format that we cannot decrypt (check out these articles for encryption salting and hashing).
If the system cannot find your email address, it could be one of the following issues:
- Your WorshipPlanning.com account is associated with a different email address.
- Your church's WorshipPlanning.com account is expired (and possibly even removed as part of our data privacy policy).
- A team leader or administrator at your church has deleted your account.
- Your church uses a different worship planning program.
In many cases, your team leader can assist with figuring out problems with your account. However, you can always contact us by submitting a support request, and we'll be happy to give you a hand.
