Getting Started with Managing And Scheduling Volunteers

Every subscription of WorshipPlanning.com includes our advance team management and scheduling functionality.  While it is intuitive to use (many churches just jump right in and figure it out on their own),  we are more than happy to assist you in a variety of ways.  Here are a few options:

Option 1: Jump in and figure it out

First, if you're the "I never read the directions" kind of person, here are a few general steps to guide you (in the order we recommend):

1. Create your teams (video help)
2. Add people and roles to the teams (video help)
3. Schedule team members (video help)
4. Notify people of their assignments (video help)

Option 2: Join our live webinar

We offer a special "Team Leading" webinar just for ministry team leaders.   We'll cover creating and configuring teams, scheduling team members, and demonstrate what team members see.  It's about 45 minutes, and we open the floor for questions at the end.  Check our schedule page to sign-up.

Option 3: Watch a recorded webinar

Just like attending the live webinar, but on your own schedule!  If you have any questions while afterwards, you can always email them to support@worshipplanning.com, and we'll be happy to answer them for you!
