User Types – Worship Planning

"Helpers" are typically volunteers. They respond to assignments, show up when and where they are scheduled to serve, and don't contribute to the planning process.

"Planners" (Level 0-3) are usually team leaders and/or worship planners that schedule or plan things. They can also be scheduled to serve just like Helpers. Please see the following chart indicating the exact permissions of each security/user type:
