In this video, we’ll walk through how to set up integrations in Worship Planning—an easy and powerful way to connect the tools and data you already use. Whether you want to pull in your existing song library or sync your staff and volunteer information from your church management software, integrations make it seamless.
To get started, navigate to your Wheel Icon, then select Integrations from the dropdown menu. From here, you’ll see options to connect your SongSelect account, if you use one, or to integrate with your Church Management Software (CHMS).
Connecting to your CHMS allows worship planning to share data with your management system, saving you time and reducing duplicate entry. You’ll be able to choose a specific group to sync, or skip that step for now and come back to it later. Once the integration is complete, you can always return to this page to remove the integration or switch to a different CHMS account. You can also import from Planning Center Online and you can also easily integrate with Proclaim. When you click into these integrations they will take you to your Account login.
Setting up integrations helps streamline your workflow and ensures your worship planning environment is connected to the tools your team already relies on.
