Course Introduction
Welcome to Worship Planning 101! In this course, we’ll walk you through everything you need to get your account set up just the way you want it. We’re starting with the foundation—your user profile. This is where you’ll personalize your experience and make sure your information is up to date.
From any screen in worship planning, you can access your profile by clicking the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner and selecting My Account. This takes you to your user profile page, where you’ll see your personal and contact information. To make changes, simply click Edit This Info. Here, you can add or update your details and choose whether each item is visible or hidden to others.
You can also upload a profile picture, which will appear in the upper right corner of your screen and on the people list—making it easier for others to recognize you when creating teams or scheduling events. Once you’ve made your updates, don’t forget to click Save.
Your profile page also shows which teams you’re currently assigned to. Plus, it gives you control over your communication settings. You can add new contact methods, change your password, and decide whether you want to receive email updates when changes are made in Worship Planning. There’s even a quick way to ensure you’re not logged in on any other devices.
Setting up your profile is a simple, but important first step. It helps your team know who you are and ensures you stay connected and secure.
