Worship Planning 101 - 1.0 - Course Introduction

Course Introduction

This series of training videos will focus on getting your account set up just the way you want it in worship planning and the first place to start is your user profile. From any screen in worship planning you can find your user profile by clicking the drop down arrow in the upper right hand corner and selecting my profile. The user profile page will show you your personal and contact information and you can add or edit this by clicking edit this info.

From here you can add your personal and contact information and select whether you want this to be visible or hidden. This page is also where you can add a profile picture which will be displayed in the upper right corner when using worship planning and will be shown on the people list to anyone creating a team or scheduling an event. When you're done updating your information click save.

Your user profile will also show you what teams you are currently assigned to. It allows you to choose your communication settings and add a new method of communication, change your password, opt in or out of getting emails when there's an update to worship planning, and you can also easily make sure that you're not logged into worship planning on any other computers.
