In this video, we’ll explore how to use the calendar in Worship Planning—a simple but powerful tool to help you stay organized and communicate your availability with your team.
You’ll find the calendar on the Dashboard, located on the right side of the screen. Any date that already has a scheduled event will be marked with a green triangle, giving you a quick visual cue of what’s coming up.
To add a new event, just click on the date you want, then select Add an Event. This will take you to the event details page, where you can customize the event—something we’ll cover in more detail in a future video.
If there’s a day you know you won’t be available to serve, you can mark it directly on the calendar. Just click the date and select Mark as Unavailable. You can also indicate preferred days to serve, helping your team schedule you more effectively.
To make sure you never miss an update, you can connect your worship planning calendar feed to your preferred calendar app—like Google Calendar or Outlook. This keeps everything in sync and ensures you’re always in the loop. Using the calendar helps you stay on top of your schedule and makes it easier for your team to plan around your availability.
