In this video, we’ll show you how to import songs into your worship planning library—a faster alternative to adding songs manually one at a time. This method is especially helpful when you’re setting up your account or migrating a large song list.
To begin, go to the Library tab and make sure Song Files is selected in the left panel. Then, click Import, in the upper right corner of the screen.
If you’ve integrated with SongSelect, you’ll have the option to browse and import songs directly from their database. But if you’re importing from a file, you’ll want to use a CSV format. Start by downloading the import template, which includes instructions to help you fill out the file correctly.
Once you’ve entered all your song data into the CSV file, upload it using the import tool. To find the upload area, scroll down to the bottom of the “Import a Song” pop-up. You’ll then be prompted to confirm the songs you want to bring into your library. After reviewing, click Import to complete the process.
Your songs will now appear in your Songs Library, ready to be used in service plans, events, and team assignments. It’s a quick and efficient way to get your music resources organized and accessible.
