Worship Planning 101 - 3.3 - Viewing Usage Statistics

In this video, we’ll take a look at how to view usage statistics for your songs in Worship Planning. Once you’ve started using songs in your events, this feature becomes a powerful way to track what’s being used most often—and when. 

To get started, head to the Songs Files under the Library tab. From here, you can easily access usage data for individual songs and see which ones have been used recently. To do this, click on the Usage Stats button in the top center of the screen. This is especially helpful for planning future services, identifying trends, or making sure you’re rotating your song selections. 

When viewing song usage statistics, you’ll see a list of the top songs used—either across all your locations or filtered by a specific campus. You’ll also be able to view the most recent time each song was used, all within a selected date range. 

If you want a quick look at what’s been used lately, check out the Recently Played section. This shows all songs that have been used at one or more of your locations, listed by the date they were last used. 

Whether you’re planning a new setlist or reviewing past services, usage statistics give you the insight you need to make informed decisions and keep your worship experience fresh and engaging.
