Adding Files and Other Content

Along with songs, you are able to upload and store different file types in worship planning and they will be kept in either files or content. Worship Planning offers unlimited storage space for uploaded files and files can be accessed by other planners and a limited number of helper accounts.

Files can be dragged and dropped into the upload area and will begin uploading automatically. When the file has finished uploading, click done. Clicking file access reports will allow you to search and see who has accessed files during a range of dates.

The content library allows you to upload usable content such as prayers, response text, or video countdowns. You can add content types to easily group your content together, search through your existing content, and you can search to see when specific content was last used.
