Creating and Using Event Templates
If you don't want to keep creating what's basically the same event flow over and over and over again, you don't have to. You can create event templates that can be saved and used again in the future. From the Events tab, select Event Templates.
Then, select Create a Template. Add a name and description, then click Create. Set up your event flow by dragging and dropping elements from the left sidebar.
The template event flow you're creating will save automatically with each change you make. Existing templates can be edited from the Templates page by selecting the Edit icon. Once you create a template, you can apply it to an existing event by clicking the box icon, selecting the template you'd like to use, and selecting the event date.
Choose whether you'd like to replace the existing event flow or appending it to the end of the event flow. When creating a new event, you can select a template to be used from the Event Template dropdown, or you can select a template once the new event has been created.
