In this video, we’ll take a look at the Event Settings and Options available in Worship Planning. Once you’ve created and scheduled your events, this view gives you a powerful way to manage and monitor everything in one place.
To get started, go to the Events tab and select All Events from the left panel. This gives you a high-level overview of all the events you’ve scheduled. From here, you can filter events by a specific date range, making it easy to focus on upcoming services or review past ones.
You can also filter events by location, which is especially helpful if your church has multiple campuses. This allows you to quickly see what’s happening at each site without having to dig through individual event pages.
Need to reuse a service plan? You can copy an event flow to another date and time with just a few clicks—saving you time and ensuring consistency across services. To do this, you click into an existing event and then select the first gray icon that looks like a clipboard and you can “copy to another event.” You can also quickly view the flow of any event to check its structure, and even view assignments and assignment statuses to see who’s scheduled and whether they’ve confirmed by clicking on the assignments tab.
These settings and options give you full control over your event planning process, helping you stay organized and responsive as your schedule evolves.
