Worship Planning 101 - 4.3 - Stage Setup and Rehearsal Planning

Stage Setup and Rehearsal Planning

Once you have an event flow set up just the way you want it, there are still a few more things that you'll want to know how to do. If you need to have a special stage set up for a particular event, you can build that in with worship planning. After selecting an event, select Stage Setup.

Here you'll be able to rearrange the stage just as you need it. The elements you see in the Stage Setup area are based on roles and assignments that you've created for that event. When you're finished, click the Save icon.

If this event will need to have a rehearsal, you can easily schedule it by clicking Rehearsal from within the event. Next, click Add Rehearsal and enter the time, date, location, and any notes for this event's rehearsal. If you'd like to have an email automatically sent to the people scheduled for the event, to let them know of the rehearsal, check the box here. When you're finished, click Done.
