Now that your event flow is set up just the way you want it, let’s take a look at two additional features that help bring your service to life: Stage Setup and Rehearsal Planning.
If your event requires a specific stage arrangement—whether it’s a special service or just a unique setup—you can easily configure that in Worship Planning. Start by selecting your event, then click Stage Setup. Here, you’ll see a visual layout based on the roles and assignments you’ve already created for the event. You can rearrange the stage elements by dragging and dropping to match your actual setup, making it easier for your team to visualize where they’ll be. Once you drag a position to the stage, it will remain there until you hit the red X or move it around. It saves automatically.
Next, let’s talk about rehearsals. If your event includes a rehearsal, you can schedule it right from within the event. Click Rehearsal, then select Add Rehearsal. Enter the date, time, location, and any notes your team might need. You’ll also see an option to send an email notification to everyone scheduled for the event—just check the box to make sure they’re informed. When you’re done, click Done to save the rehearsal details.
These tools help ensure your team is prepared and your service runs smoothly—from setup to soundcheck.
